The Synectics Analogue Product Portfolio is Now End of Life 

As part of our ongoing product lifecycle management process, we have made the decision to transition the Synectics Analogue product range to an “End-of-Life” status. We are committed to the evolving security market, to the changing needs of our customer base and ensuring that Synectics leads in a fast changing market. Products targeted for end-of-life will be available for a last time buy purchase prior to being made obsolete.

After 31st May 2016, best endeavors will be made to fulfill orders while  stocks last.

Acceptance of orders is subject to product availability and at the discretion of Synectics. Every effort will be made to fulfill these orders. Purchase orders for these products will be considered non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR), with a 90 day warranty and then best endeavours repair for the life of the product.

How long can I purchase analogue products for?

Until 31st May 2016, unless product becomes obsolete prior to this date. After this date analogue products will be considered obsolete.

Will all Synectics analogue products go EOL at the same time?

The official EOL date for all analogue products is 31st May, however, this is dependent on stock availability.

What is the warranty period for products purchased?

Synectics will continue to provide technical support to sites with maintenance contracts. However, we recommend the purchase of spare parts for your site as these are not covered within the maintenance contracts.

Are there replacement products available?

How does this affect my analogue system?

Your system will not be affected particularly if you have a maintenance contact with Synectics. However, we would recommend the purchase of spare parts package to provide reassurance against failure of analogue components. How do I upgrade my site from Analogue to IP?

Synectics can offer support and guidance regarding transition to a hybrid system (analogue and IP).  Synectics can provide technical expertise and recommend appropriate hybrid solutions based on your site and individual needs. Will I still receive support for analogue products through Synectics' helpdesk?

You can submit a ticket to the Global Support Portal for support and request for repair.  Synectics will make best endeavours to provide repair support but this will be dependant upon availability of replacement parts.
